3 Months Rental: Leave with 7 days' short notice. Deposit: £75 (Room Only) or £150 (with Kitchen). Rates are fixed for 3 months.
12 Months Rental: Leave with 1 month's notice. Deposit: 1 month's rent (includes kitchen). Rates are fixed for 12 months.
